David is the primary founder of SYNLawn of Oregon. Not many people can look at a small sample on their dining room table, of a relatively unknown product in the area, and decide to build a major business out of it. David’s years of sales and marketing background, combined with his unofficial “Jack-of-all-trades” title and abilities (he designed and built the Beaverton Showroom almost single handedly). His resilience really created the positive introduction of SYNLawn products into the Northwest that he had envisioned. Simply stated, David’s #1 priority is providing customers with the best service and products around. This sincere desire shows, and the company is better for it. David has a wife (bio below) and two daughters, ages two and three. Add three large family dogs to that, and you’ll see easily what moved him towards looking for options for his yard in the first place. He definitely prefers spending his limited time off playing with his kids in the yard, rather than mowing it.

Senior Product Representative

Scott has been with SYNLawn NW for almost 2 years, including lending a hand during the midnight oil burning sessions, remodeling the Beaverton showroom. Scott has over 20 years of Sales experience, with over 10 years in the construction/contracting industry, including HW sales and Operations Manager for a flooring company. He also ran his own successful business, supplying builders for 4 years before selling and moving on to the next challenge. Scott’s positive attitude, knowledge and professionalism make him an amazing addition and leader within the SYNLawn NW team. Scott has one teenage son with whom he spends as much time as he can, and is otherwise an outstanding Karaoke singer and card player. Don’t worry though, he takes pride in playing it straight with our business partners and customers, and you’ll have to catch him at the local hotspot to hear him sing.

Tammy came to SYNLawn with over 15 years of professional experience, including 10 years of home building industry experience. She has proven herself to be an invaluable member of the team, our resident "Rockstar", handling both her office duties and customers with extraordinary efficiency and always with a smile. Her sharp wit keeps everyone on their toes, and none of us would have it any other way. Tammy is also a loving mom and wife, as well as an outspoken classic hard rock fan. Beauty, brains, and a whole lot of fun. That’s our Tammy.

Senior Product Representative

Paula has always prided herself in building relationships with her clients and being able to provide them with the right solutions. Her vast background including business ownership as well as over 20 successful years in the sales field and bookkeeping/accounting. This makes her not only very capable of running the Bend / Central Oregon branch office, but a key member of the SYNLawn team. With her 2 daughters grown she is loving living in Central Oregon with all the outdoor activities and "Sunshine", fully complimenting her sunny disposition. Her hobbies include hiking, kayaking, camping, river rafting, snow shoeing and on her down time she crochets and is learning how to bead. She lives with her 2 cats and MANY friends coming to visit her own little resort in the desert.
